At SASSYCLASSY, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not a perfect match, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all SASSYCLASSY tags are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
